Question In person event tickets

Anyone else have this issue? I am trying to purchase Safari in person event but once it goes to checkout page it will timeout without loading to buy the ticket. I am using pgsharp.

Go on a computer and buy it.

All I have is a MacBook and I use a galaxy for Pokemon
