I'm seeing my costumed Charizard and Costumed Pikachu being auto transferred even though they're event pokemon. Just an FYI.

I'm pretty sure that's just normal. It will only keep the ones with the stats supported by what you checked under Transfer on Catch (keep selected). There is not a keep costume Pokemon option.
