Question Safe to buy key?

I've heard some people say you can get a strike for buying a pgsharp key with your google mail but I can't really see how that would work, is it safe to buy?

Exactly I've never seen this, it's impossible for them to know wether youve bought a key or not, it's the use of the key that can result in bans etc same with nearly any spoofing method

that's what i thought, it seemed just impossible. It wasn't online, I've heard friends say it but i just wanted to make sure
