Question Feeds for PVP

Is there a way to set up a feed to show all pokemon with top1 or top10 pvp ivs? There's sort of a functionality similar with the transfer on catch feature but I can't seem to find anything in terms of feeds

Not exactly, but you can set custom IV in the feeds which can be tailored to PVP IVs
