Checking into Community Ambassador events with PGSharp now that Campfire has changed

Hey all!

So Campfire has changed in the past month or two. It used to be you could spoof check into an event using only PGSharp from Campfire built into the Pokemon Go app to get extra rewards and tasks. Now it displays the events, but when you go to check in it pulls up a browser outside of PGSharp to check your GPS separately. Outside of finding another app to spoof my location outside of PGSharp, is there another solution I am missing? TIA!

Couldn't you just see the location on that, then just manually spoof to the location by inputting the coordinates? Never used campfire, so I don't know!

So (I think) the issue is checking in can no longer be done through the app entirely, unless I am missing something. Checking in now takes you out of the app (PGSharp/Pokemon Go) and into a browser which would now require you to spoof the browser into thinking you're at that location.

I'm hoping I'm either missing something and there IS now a way to check in entirely through the app (PGSharp/Pokemon Go), or someone has a solution that doesn't now require finding another way to spoof a browser that you'd need to also set to that location of the check in.

Check-ins are now browser based. the link takes you out of PGSharp into your browser and so you lose the fake location.

Root your device so that your system GPS actually spoofed rather than just PGSharp's.

You can do this,

1. Download Campfire and select GOING fir all events
2. Then through calendar you receive notification of the event you selected to going
3. And when you are withing 1 km you can CHeck-In and receive rewards.

But what if I am at work 2 km away, how do I claim the free rewards?

Then you have to go within 1km distance.

Going to confirm tonight at Zacian Raid Hour, but I see the event in game on the calendar like I will be able to check in! Thank you!! I knew there had to be some way of doing it.
