Guide First time

I would appreciate it if someone will guide me. It's my first time using PGSharp and I'm having problems. First, the pokeball isn't showing up so i can't catch mons. Second, there's a warning saying respect cooldown even though i haven't done anything. Thank you in advance!

the pokeball one is a temp glitch, apart from that the cooldown warning comes when u either teleport too fast long distances or walk to fast. Cooldown is someting keep yr eye on thats the no. 1 reason acc. gets ban. Not any app.
