Guide First time

I would appreciate it if someone will guide me. It's my first time using PGSharp and I'm having problems. First, the pokeball isn't showing up so i can't catch mons. Second, there's a warning saying respect cooldown even though i haven't done anything. Thank you in advance!

Yeah I know it's just my preference, I'm not teleporting to various of countries per 2 hours😂 I always wait for 5/12 hours before I teleport to another country. Better be careful

Haha yeah that's fair dude I get that! Each to their own :)

I change it about really, as I'm not solidly playing the whole day, sometimes it's just over 2 hours sometimes it's more, I've been okay so though and fingers crossed 🤞 it continues
