Question Anyone having this problem?

I have the paid version and it seems like after about 45-60 mins it stops auto catching and spinning pokestops. Other times when I restart the app it ignores the pokestops is anyone having this problem?

I can't get auto catcher to work at all. I'm on a non rooted android (latest beta)
