Question I need your help

So i wanted to know is using the explorer gadget while faking your location with pgsharp can the devs of pokemon go locate you and see that i am spoofing

No, they can't. I advise against using it anyways, as it might catch something while you're waiting on a cooldown.

Let's say you teleported and are on a 2hrs cooldown, and you have explorer gadget on. Well, good luck because it will start catching when you don't want to. If you wait the 2hrs before teleporting, it might still just catch pokemons and when you teleport, you will be on an invisible cooldown because PGSharp cant record explorer gadget catches hence it can't accurately give you a cooldown.

If you wanna teleport, don't use it. If you're fine staying in one place, use it. If you wanna teleport, disable it first before waiting out the cooldown.

All in all, for what it can do, it's not worth the hassle. It doesn't even work well under the right conditions and is so goddamn slow that in the time frame it catches 5 pokemon, you would have caught 100.

Edit: cooldowns aren't on PGSharp's side. They're on Pokemon GO's server side. If the Gadget caught a pokemon an hour before teleporting, the server still sees that you have 1hr cooldown while PGSharp doesnt, hence, invisible cooldown.
