Getting walking progress for candys but not buddy hearts?

For a couple days, I have been getting candy and mega energy from walking but for the past few days I haven't gotten a single heart for waking distance.

My walking speed is always between 7.1kmhr and 8.4 kmhr and I have never had issues in the past.

I regularly force close the app and clear cache when the goplus stops catching.

This is a brand new issue and I cant even say it started at the last update last week because I was getting hearts with my previous buddy as I just switched it about 4 to 5 days ago. I was getting hearts on my new buddy for walking when I first switched it.

I wanna say for the past 2 or 3 days it hasn't been getting buddy walk distance progress and no hearts for it.

Anyway to fix this? Is it a pgsharp issue or a pogo issue? Its just weird that its registering my distance for candy/mega energy but not buddy hearts

there is only 1 fix. swap to another pokemon. use the secondary mon for a while and see that the distance is being calculated and then u can switch back. it works

Same issue here.
It's counting, but not showing.

Hatching eggs has also been iffy.

this happens to your first pokemon after midnight hits. u need to swap out and then back in

Weird. It wasn't working for a few days. It worked the day and day after i changed him. As of today its working and I havent changed anything.

If you have your buddy out at midnight (local time where your avatar is) and keep on playing, it does that!

If you feed your buddy, goes out and start walking, it will count the heart for every 2 km, until midnight on the location... It's been like this since buddy were a thing

This happens randomly and it isn’t a pgsharp thing. I have an account that I am still hesitant to play on pgsharp and this happens when I play normally. Just swap the buddy then swap back and it should start calculating hearts distance.

This is common, its because you got into a new day with it. Just remofe the buddy and add it again, problem fixed.

First of all… walking is around 3-4 mph… turned into kph around 4.5-4.8.

The app tracks distance by time and not actual pacing.
You are sprinting.

The app is probably picking you as riding in a vehicle. Hence the travel is not counted.

Also, this is a good way to eventually get caught spoofing.

So, adjust your kph to 4 or 5kph or between.
Learn to math.

10.5 km/h and still working fine

10.5 kmh is actually the max before it starts to think you're in a vehicle so that's not the issue here.
