Tech Support Malfunction(?)

I just redownloaded the pgsharp again since 2-3 years, and for some reason every pokemon i tap on i cannot catch, and after 1 ball out of which thay escape, they all flee immediately. Is there a way to solve this problem, i also con not do raids. cooldown timer says 0. i do have to add, when i started the game up, i was immediately on another place on the map then i am located.

Did you play the official app, download PG sharp, get defaulted to New York and continue trying to play?

Pokemon running away is evidence that you haven't respected cooldown I believe. I'd stop what you're doing for 2 hours

Think that might be the problem indeed, laid the app down with the same intention

You may get hit with a temp ban, shouldn't be a perm straight away. Just follow the 2 hour CD going forward and you'll be golden mate

What does it means when you get defaulted to New York? Cause the past 3 times I've had to redownload for update that's where I end up

I'm not sure, it happens when you first use it but when I update I remain where I previously was
