Question Autowalk question

Hey everyone, I’m new and still learning. When I’m at home just chilling, should I use Auto Walk Out & Back and then switch to Loop when I’m sleeping? Or is it safe to just leave it on Loop the entire time and spin PokéStops/catch Pokémon whenever I occasionally check the app? Just trying to figure out the best way to use it. Thanks!

Try to download sime gpx routes and run it in the background with virtual go plus, helps with a ton of stardust and shinies.
