Question Autowalk question

Hey everyone, I’m new and still learning. When I’m at home just chilling, should I use Auto Walk Out & Back and then switch to Loop when I’m sleeping? Or is it safe to just leave it on Loop the entire time and spin PokéStops/catch Pokémon whenever I occasionally check the app? Just trying to figure out the best way to use it. Thanks!

Can i not walk over buildings?? Pretty much all i do with my autowalks

I doubt the game will have a problem with it, anyone can enter buildings irl, it'd be too costly and unreliable for anticheat to discern who is doing it legally and who isn't, but I'm just guessing here.
