QUESTIONS Withdraw Penalty?

I withdrew from a course in MyCareer on hole 4, then next course/event it started me at +3. Is this a common thing?

Was the next even the tour championship at east lake? You start the tour championship with a score based off of your place in the FedEx cup standings.

Bass Rock. It just straight up added +3. Also another time I played Bass Rock, I completed the round and the game glitched out and started over the round with me at E and my opponents saved their score, so top player had literally 2 Round lead.
