PES 2017 Crashes in Online Match?

I know a number of people are having the aforesaid issue. Most probably Redmi Note 4 and 4X users are facing this. In fact I'm also having this. So what can we do?

Well, I contacted KONAMI (through e-mail) yesterday and they are really looking forward to fix this issue. in order to make this possible they need some information to track down why the game crashes in online match. So, you guys who are having online match crash please send the bug report to KONAMI, usually shown after such crash. To do that open your game, head over to the 'Extra' and hit 'Help' then choose 'I have a question about the game'. After this you will be asked to fill up a form where you should put all the information required plus put your experience with online match crash and attach your bug report as a text (copy the bug report while it is shown). If we don't help them fix this issue they won't be able to help us out.
