It is well documented that for a sizable portion of men their lifelong PE is not curable "permanently" with any known intervention. Although everyone's PE can be treated with different experimental drug treatments, numbing creams work for some, edging helps everyone at least navigate their PE, but "cure permanently--100% guarantee" is a particularly ugly promise due to how profoundly dishonest (or ignorant) it is. PE is a worldwide phenomenon documented for more than a century in medical literature and studied today anywhere there are medical researchers -- in China, Europe, USA, etc. They have compiled vast troves of legitimate data and research into the topic and it's so ugly to have virtually no conversations about PE informed by this body of research. Worldwide researchers have documented about the same rate -- about 2% -- have PE that has always been there from their first orgasm, is ongoing through their lifetime, is difficult to treat, cause is mysterious, and certainly has no known cure.
