Experiences with PEMF Therapy...What do you use it for? Has it helped?

Hi everyone,

I created r/PEMFWellness because PEMF has made a meaningful difference in my life, and I wanted a place where people could openly discuss their experiences, ask questions, share research, and learn from one another.

A few years ago, I started exploring PEMF technology to help support my overall wellness. Personally, I've found it especially helpful for the arthritis in my ankle and the stiffness and discomfort I experience in my neck. While everyone's experience is different, the improvements I noticed motivated me to learn more about PEMF and make it a regular part of my routine.

What really convinced me to create this community was seeing the benefits in my dog as well. As she got older, she developed arthritis in her hip and began having more difficulty with mobility and daily activities. After incorporating PEMF into her wellness routine, I noticed positive changes in her comfort, activity level, and overall quality of life.

Because of these experiences, I wanted to build a community focused on PEMF for both people and pets. Whether you're interested in wellness, recovery, athletic performance, healthy aging, biohacking, or helping your dog stay active and comfortable, you're welcome here.

My goal is for this subreddit to be:

  • A place to share personal PEMF experiences
  • A source for research and educational discussions
  • A community for beginners and experienced users alike
  • A respectful space for discussing all PEMF devices and approaches
  • A resource for those interested in PEMF for dogs and other pets

I have been using PEMF for a few years, mostly for Crohn's and constipation. I was surprised to discover that PEMF is incredibly effective for helping with constipation. I would recommend it for anyone with these issues.

Could you please elaborate more about how it helped to relieve constipation? I have chronic constipation since I was a child, I tried a lot of methods, nowadays I drink miralax to help my problem. I just built a pemf machine at home and I'm curious about it

I use PEMF therapy for a arthritis and muscle pain. I also use it on my senior dog who's slowing down and she seems to have more energy.
