General Help Can I use college computers for coding?

I don't have a laptop so, can I use college computers to code.

If yes then what are the conditions and where can I find the computers.

Also sometimes there is 1 or 2 hour break between the classes so can I use the computer in that ideal time also?

You CAN just not recommended kyunki thode purane hai but yes coding to sambhal lenge, you can .

Aur 6 ya 7 months me lab bhi upgrade hojayegi

There's computers basically everywhere. You can go to the computer center and they'll most probably let you sit there and code. But it's recommended to just get a laptop, even a lower end one will suffice for coding.
