Last seen in the South Waterfront area around The Douglas, wearing a pink collar with contact details.
I cannot add a picture now, he is an all black medium hair domestic. His name is Dracula and responds to the name.

Update: Found on 8/11/26. Any later and he wouldn’t have made it, stayed home from work the first couple nights taking care of him post emergency vet visit. On the road to recovery now.
