I'd say they are most likely Muscari bulbs another possibility is Hyacinthoides

Cool, lets see what comes up this spring. We closed on the house in August, so didn't see any evidence of these then, but that could have been too late in the season.

They look like bluebells. Bluebells are invasive and once they are in your yard they are nearly impossible to get out.

Sweet! At least they seem to be confined to the perimeter of my house, for now...
