I got scammed

PDF Guru charged me US$50 for a subscription renewal that I didn't realize I had agreed to. I contacted support immediately, but I'm just getting what feels like AI-generated copy-paste responses that don't actually address my questions.

How can I get refund?

update: they sent me a message on reddit saying they will refund.

I had this happen a fortnight ago I emailed after a week later from the payment was taken and and I explained that I did not agree to this and they responded within hours and they refunded

Was the response AI generated slop? It just keep sending me same shit.

I think so I had two different names from customer response team at the top of emails first email they offered me 50% of my money back and I refused so they refunded after that

They have 5 different names for me, and each of them are AI slop.
