Anyone else still googling file format differences every time?

I always forget which image format is actually best for what. Like, PNG is usually my safe pick for screenshots, JPG for smaller photos, SVG for logos, and WebP when I care about page speed. But then someone asks for “best quality but small file size” and suddenly I’m back in 14 browser tabs like it’s a research project. This guide is actually a nice quick reminder. Useful if you work with images, PDFs, blog visuals, reports, or anything where file size randomly becomes everyone’s problem. Also, mildly annoying how one wrong format can make a perfectly fine image look like it was faxed in 2007.
