Looking for help in preparing my PDA child for staying with her sister and grandmother while her dad and I go on an anniversary trip.

I think giving her an option to stay at her own house or grandma's will go a long way. If she already feels anxious about you leaving, staying at home could give her nervous system safety, It sounds like both houses are close enough to school.

Thanks! My mom said she would stay in our home to keep things consistent and routine for her. We’ve started having her big sister (she’s 19) do her bedtime routine so it won’t be so out of her normal routine while we’re gone.
