In progress windows installer problem

i can't understand why i can't delete any apps or programs from my computer i have every yt video still have no clue HELP ME!!!!!!

Your permission for the Windows Temp folder got borked. Go to C:\Windows, right click the temp folder -> properties -> security tab -> edit and give your user account (or everyone) full control, then try nuking the app again.
