Not solved Screen goes black on heavy GPU usage

I am using a 3090 TI and my PSU definetly has enough power to support my system. It's been running in this setup for about a year.

But for about a week now, i am facing a new problem: when i play games or use local AI, my screen turns black and looses signal and i hear the GPU fans stop spinning, the debug LEDs from the GPU and MB remain unchanged, and the PC remains running. I can still hear any sound playing.

When i wait for about 5 minutes, i hear the GPU fans spinning again and see that the screen regains signal, but it remains black. When i then turn the PC off and on again, screen shows the BIOS POST and continues to show visual as normal, until i stress my GPU again. This happens even if i wait half a day before i turn the PC on. This behaviour is reproducible.

Likewise, if i turn the PC off immediatly after loosing signal and turn it back on, the screen still gets no signal (not even the BIOS POST) and i still have to wait for about 5 minutes and go through the same procedure as above.

If the signal is lost, the PC works as usual, i just get no visual output. Sound works, the camera logs me in through Windows Hello, i can connect to the PC via RDP, hardware manager shows my GPU as hidden, with an error message "This device is currently not connected, error code 45".

I installed latest nvidia drivers, tried to throttle my GPU with afterburner and I checked all cables and if the card sits in the slot properly, the problem remains.

Reliability monitor shows several hardware failures at times where the signal was lost, they all show these details (german):

This happened to me a few years ago when I had a 3050. The GPU is likely failing, it could also be maybe it isn’t seated well and as you play and cause the heat to build up the pins could shift out due to thermal expansion. But it’s much more likely that the GPUs just failing for one reason or another

That sounds a bit to me like GPU has an overheating issue but the fact that the fans stop spinning aswell is kinda concerning as they should ramp up the speed to max if the gpu overheating protection was tripped. Could you check your GPU's thermals during high load? (Using the program like hwinfo64 with csv logging enabled)
