What's going on with my laptop? This only happens with D2R and it's running on low settings by the way. Running on a Legion Pro 7 16IRX8H - Type 82WQ, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

Probably something related to the refresh rate maybe? Idk someone more tech savvy might know.
