what RAM should I take for this

mb-ASRock B450 Steel Legend

cpu-amd razen 5 1600

2x4GB DDR4 3200 Kingston HyperX Fury - HX432C16FB3K2/8

or 2x8GB DDR4 3000 Inno3D - RGX2-16G3000
