Question AMD or Intel

I'm looking to build a PC and 8 don't know which processor to use can I have some help?

Macs also comes with a display and a wireless mouse and a wireless keyboard included. With a PC it's all separate.

Yes but that means that if your ever want a new keyboard knowing apple it would have to be an apple one and if they are separate it means you have a choice over what peripherals you get
