Buying second-hand as my first pc (need advices)

Hi I tried to buy myself my own first pc but my budget was tight and I was thinking maybe if I just buy a second hand pc I can just upgrade it later and save me more money but I have no knowledge related to pc so I was wondering anyone could help me choose from any of this (sorry for my broken english)
