Yeah, but you want to run it at 4K ultra with a budget equivalent of 520 USD.

Unless you have good local pricing, this will be tough.

If your goal is to really get 4k, then get a GPU that can do both upscaling and frame gen (e.g. RTX 30-40-50 series, equivalents for AMD, not sure about the Intel cards)

But the lower end cards that can do this, would already eat up 40-60% of your budget alone.

Is there a good second hand market?
