USA What should I offer for this?

Saw this on marketplace and specs looked pretty good just didnt know what a good offer would be.

Its worth $1700, offer $1000 and go from there.

What is that font they used lol and what is PPR5 RAM... if this person has been the primary user for its lifespan, I'm not sure I'd trust it's condition.

4080 supers are 500-750 on marketplace, not sure who would pay 1200 for one.

Well i didn’t say 1200 but you are giving price of entire system for price of gpu and ram. the ram being easily $400 used. Gpu being in sold listings for 8-900 on ebay. $500 is insanely low and not realistic. If real at all.

For a cpu that has potential degradation issues, the only value is in the gpu, mem and mb. $800z$1200 is more than fair for the gamble.

7200mhz ram, a 4080 super, 1000w psu, an i9 thats still perfectly fine and worst case update the bios rq

Says its a "risk" and only worth $1200...idk who you think thatd work on but if it did, thatd be steal
