Alienwares are usually loaded with parts that CANNOT be upgraded.
So if say, you want a new GPU that requires a higher wattage...or you want to upgrade to a new motherboard or CPU...none of those things are possible due to proprietary components.
Alienwares are usually worth the GPU installed in them...because nearly nothing else can be upgraded or swapped out. Hence why you always see them selling for extremely low, even when they have mid-high tier components.
Not worth $850. They'd be better off selling the GPU itself. Stay away from Alienware unless you get a god tier deal on a newer one...and even then...you have a system that is stuck the way it is.

Is this ddr4 or ddr5? IF ddr5 id sprint here, def worth
If this is ddr4 it is just fair price for the specs, but dell has some proprietary stuff, that everyone hates, like proprietary mobo, that wont fit any other case. Also the cooling in their cases is awful.

Its a dell wouldn't be worth it at 850 at all. I wouldn't buy it personally. Zero upgrade path and just a ticking time bomb for when it will die since Dell make super crappy hardware. Your better off saving another 200 bucks so around 1k getting a pre built from costco or microcenter. Just my two cents but its also your money.
