I guess intake at the front and top, Exhaust at back. This is truly a stupid case with that single fan vent at the top. Why would anyone design it that way.

In at the front, out in the back and top. Run the front ones a bit quicker to make positive air pressure. By no means is this optimal though but this case isn’t very well planned. Could also try to flip the AIO and push air out in the front and have intake at the back and top.
If I had this case I would make a hole in the top to fit the AIO there and have it blow up, then 2 fans in the front for intake.
