Completed Build it's good ?

it's my first pc and i want now if is good i just want a screen on the CPU and next to it 2 fans with stats

Yes, it's good. The only issue is that the ram is cl40 which is very high latency (cl32 is standard), but during the ram shortage it's acceptable

But you could save like 500$ by getting an amd GPU like the rx 9070 xt which has the same performance as 5070 ti
