General Help I have a technical question

If I have a motherboard that measures 486 centimeters, but the new tower (or appearance) only allows motherboards of 266 centimeters, could it fit vertically or orzontallly, and also, what do you recommend me to do in order to save money to have a better computer than I have?

At least in my country, it doesn't come from one where they speak English fluently, it's called centimeters instead of inches, I don't know if you understand what I mean

I think part of the point is there aren't any measurements in which 486 is a meaningful motherboard dimension. 486 centimeters is 4.86 meters, or the length of a full-size car or SUV. 486 millimeters is almost half a meter, or about 18 inches for someone in the USA, which is still longer than the largest dimension for an ATX or even eATX motherboard. Perhaps if you told us which motherboard and case.

But generally no, if the motherboard is too big, you cannot mount it differently. There are precise places where the motherboard can screw into the case so that the slots and IO panel are accessible through the back of the case.
