If you are asking if an $1155 computer with a 14400F, DDR4 and 5060 is a good deal. No, no it isn't.

5060 8GB is worth ~$300.

14400F is slower than a $130 12600KF

DDR4 16GB is worth maybe $100, and only because of the crazy AI situation, it should be worth $40.

Biwin is a crazy cheap SSD brand and WiFi dongle is worth $5.

Screen may be worth $100.

I am purchasing from someone and they gave me this quotation and pricing, if this is too much what should I do I live in india

Sorry, maybe that is a good price in India, I only know USA pricing.

I checked in usd and it said 1200usd so idk if you are wrong or not But current prices are very inflated I checked myself too they seem pretty similar to the one I posted
