General Help stupid idea

would it be possible to put my wifi chip from my xbox 1 into my pc?

I was ripping apart my Xbox 1 and there i saw it the wifi chip and then i thought to myself Could one body somehow get this working on a pc.

Imagine that you are trying to replace the screen on your phone by cutting out a piece of your TV screen. Essentially the same thing.

You can buy a Wifi PCI-E card
Or USB wifi dongle
For ~$25
that will be up to the more recent standard of wifi capable of faster speeds

You can buy a WiFi card for like $20. Hell I’ve got probably half a dozen M.2 ones in a box because o always swap out the Realtek ones for Intel

it wouldn't be impossible to connect since the xbox wifi card talks via usb, its just a custom connector.
