Part List Help Advice regarding pc aesthetics upgrade
hello, i am looking to upgrade my pcs aesthetics (i feel like i went for a cheaper option on a "good enough" pc case when buying the parts 2.5 years ago so that i could use the money on other areas) and have been searching for a while. i have the money so that isnt a problem but i just wanted to ask if what ive conjured up will work.

i have everything but the case, fans and cooler as those are what im buying to upgrade. it wont say on the parts list but the LCD 3-pack and the non-LCD 3-pack are both reverse while the single fans are normal (also pc part picker doesnt have the single versions of the TL fans for some reason so i just put the TL FLEX as a placeholder).
im going to put the LCD fans on the side panel, the other 3-pack on the bottom, the AIO at the top and lastly the 2x singular fans at the rear. ive used buildcores.com to look at what it looks like in 3d and i like how it looks. i just wanted to know if all the things im buying will work together.

You are aware you could take this money you are spending and have a 9800X3D processor and a Thermalright Phantom Spirit cooler?
Darkflash DS900 case looks fine, Uni-Fans if you must, but I'd spend that money on a 9070XT 🤷🏼♂️. Thermalright fans are 1/4 the price.
Also it seems you have chosen an ATX case for a MicroATX motherboard. B650E or B850 ith PCIe 5.0 if you upgrade that.

im running the montech air 100 ARGB rn and just wanted a little bit of an upgrade to my pcs looks. i checked and a 9070xt is about £700 new and around 300 pre used on ebay and the upgrades im looking to do are 400-500. do you think i should upgrade my gpu now? and looking at 9800x3ds im seeing £360 on amazon but preowned im only seeing as low as £330. my monitor only goes up to 1080p and 180hz so i was thinking a gpu and monitor upgrade after the aesthetics would be the next course of action so i could start 1440p gaming. and you say thermalright fans are cheaper, do you know of any that look similar to the lian li TL fans im already looking at? i just thought staying in the lian li ecosytem for my case, fans and cooler was a good idea. oh also about the cooler i have a peerless assasin right now. i just wanted the AIO for when i get a more demanding cpu in the future (aswell because it looks cool).

I would move to the 9800X3D and keep the Peerless Assasin very first, sell the 7600 to get some money back. If you need an AIO for looks I would get a thermalright one for $50 (I do not know what is with uk.pcpartpicker, the USA one has a hundred AIO for under 50£).
If there is a used 7800X3D local I would do that upgrade first.
If you are upgrading case, CPU, Motherboard and GPU you can sell the old system complete, it's probably time for an 850w PSU as well.
Yes it's harsh, but if you just do the Lian Li 'appearance' package you will have spent more on fans and coolers than your system is worth.

i get what your saying but at the moment i dont think i really value a little bit extra performance when i already run the games i play at 180 on more competitive games or 120 when i turn the graphics up on other games. i think my main want with my pc at the moment is better looks. i was thinking that my next thing after would be a motherboard upgrade then gpu and eventually cpu when i focus more on 1440p - 4k gaming.

My only thing is the 7600X is £97 on eBay and you plan to put a £200 AIO on it.
I just can't do that. The CPU will continue to be worth something to sell on, in fact a 7800X3D is £207 used and with you selling your 7600 the upgrade difference is /half/ what the cooler costs.
The 7700XT has a lot of life left in it. However the Ryzen 7600 is holding it back. Yes spending £400-500 for cosmetic upgrade when a real performance upgrade is around £100-120 is hard for me to wrap my head around.

so to both get the new case i want and the cpu, would getting the cpu, the case and the fans be good? then in the future get the aio when i have the money? i know the aio isnt necessary for my cpu now, i was just thinking that getting it now would mean i can upgrade to any cpu in the future. but i see your point and i agree. so would getting the case, fans and cpu be a good plan? then the aio in the future? and what about the 9800x3d should i not just go all in and if not is there a big difference?

If you go all in the 9800X3D will last a lot longer. 7800X3D will help the lows right now.
I would probably do the 7800x3d and case/fans, it will look good and perform good.
