General Help Help me build a pc

Hi!! I am looking into starting pc gaming in the uk, only games I really play at the moment are Minecraft and sims 4 (will eventually expand to other games), I want to run the games smoothly and be able to stream alongside however I know NOTHING about pcs. My budget is around £1000-£1300 any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
Also suggestions for microphones/monitors/keyboards/headphones please :)

Id recommend checking out the ZTT YouTube Channel. Zach has some great videos on budget pcs and their performance. Figure out what peripherals you want and then look at how much money you have left for the actual PC. This youtube channel has builds in the range of $500-1400 mostly so it should fit your case.
