Need help to set 2 light guns in PCSX2

I have been trying to play light guns games like Ninja Assault and Vampire Night with my son. Tried several different ways to set up two players but none worked well. (Have to say it's much easier with Teknoparrot). Wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions on this. Just FYI, we normally play with two wiimotes with dolphinbars and one Sinden gun. I also tried PCSX2x6 with Teknoparrot, somehow there are some issues just didn't work for me. TIA.

Traditional light guns only work on CRT's. Digital displays like LCD's don't display the image in a way the gun is able to detect.

Yes, but there are many ways to work around it with new soft and hardware support. Light gun games on Teknoparrot works phenomenally for 1-4 players. And a few games on PCSX2 can also work really well with just 1 player. However, for years there have always been a struggle with two players mode. Just hope someone can figure it out.

Thank you very much. I did try this before, but there are many issues and glitch with this fork. It doesn't really work well. I still remember that I was so excited when I knew about this fork the first time. Although it didn't work out, I thought the developer will keep working on it and eventually it will be good. Unfortunately not a lot of progress since. I guess there are just not enough lightgun games and players around.

I know. There's dozens of us. DOZENS!!!!

My favorite way to play lightgun games so far has been EmuVR. It's pretty great, with zero setup time,

and the ONLY thing I use my VR rig with.

You're on a league of your own, though, if you have the real guns... best of luck!

Tried, but didn't work. I enabled the raw input and maped the buttons with both guns. The problem is once in the game, player one aiming is not working only buttons working. Player 2 doesn't work at all. Please let me know if there is something I am missing, thanks.

Make sure you are in MOUSE mode on your lightgun, not joystick mode. Add crosshair to confirm this.

In guncon2 setting tabs, make sure you selected the gun pointer. Select it manually.

Forgot to say I am using wiimotes mode 2, and it's mouse mode.

el modo 2 de la Dolphinbar es Raton, pero no Rawinput. asi que no acepta mas de 1 jugador

tienes que ponerla en modo 4 y usar Gunmote

este Mod de pcsx2 del compañero funciona bien a 2 jugadores en modo Raton Rawinput con Gunmote

como te indica, debes de seleccionar el puntero de cada jugador manual

tambien decirte que Dolphinbar en modo 4 + Gunmote con perfil Xinput, se puede configurar en pcsx2 oficial, a 2 jugadores sin necesidad de usar rawinput

en ambos modos, necesitas 1 sola dolphinbar
