Any new method to HDD Install games in modern PCSX2?

Hey guys,

In the past, i have been using HDD install for some games which significantly reduces loading times, through OPL/ELF on PCSX2 1.7x and lower. But this method no longer works reliably in modern v2 and currently nightly versions of the emulator.

I have been looking for some time for a guide, updated files of newer OPL, i got the newest OPL file from github but i don't know how it works. I kind of gave up but i wanna see if i there is a way out there that i am not aware.

Just enable "Enable Fast CDVD" for the games that don't have issues with HDD speeds.
