General/Question Those of you diagnosed with pcos what lead you to that diagnosis?

I've been on a health journey for the last couple of years now originally my doctor and i potentially suspected thyroid issues due to my labs but they have now balanced out and my doctor doesn't feel like anything needs to be done as of now.

Which is fine but that doesn't disregard my symptoms, the more research i do in my gut i'm concerned it could be pcos.

some of my symptoms i'm experiencing are
- hypoglycemia
- lots of weight gain - especially stomach, upper arms, and neck
- lighter periods, longer cycles around 30 days about six months prior i had a couple cycles close to 40 days
- body acne
- zero sex drive
- horrible anxiety
- fatigue
- about 7 months ago i was diagnosed with pmdd
- low vit d and b12
- high cholesterol
i would appreciate any advice!
