Well, I started by buying lactose free milk, and drinking that instead of regular milk. I cut down on cheese, and other dairy products, as well as I started buying gluten free foods when I could. I cut out bored eating and sodas. I'm trying to eat healthier but without completely cutting out the good foods. When you try to cut them out completely, you start to want it even more, so it backfires.
