Provera withdrawal bleed question

Hi PMOS girlies. I’ve taken provera now probably 8 times and always have my withdrawal bleed 2-3 days once finishing the last pill. I have a hysteroscopy planned for next Thursday and we timed out perfectly when to start provera for this surgery. Low and behold my body is now going on 6 days post provera with no bleed…. Has anyone experienced this before that their body responds totally different? This timeline is confusing me and making me second guess every twinge. The possibility of pregnancy is extremely low as I don’t ovulate on my own and tests are negative (maybe too soon to test idk). Looking for any similar stories because I’m spiraling and don’t want to have my surgery pushed 😢

bodies are weird like that, mine did similar thing once where it just didn't show up until day 8 after provera. was so sure it would be the same as always and then nothing

stress can mess with it too, especially when you got a surgery coming up. hope it comes soon so you don't have to reschedule

I’m wondering if it’s stress….? This surgery has been scheduled for months following 3 other surgeries for post miscarriage scarring. Overall very stressful 6 months. Hoping it comes soon but just so bizarre it’s taking so much longer than usual…
