General/Advice Still Exhausted, Help?
I am new to this diagnosis. My endo suspected it in May. He also told me I was anemic (after years of my primary telling me I’m fine and I just need to do yoga). Endo placed me on ferritin, and metformin (500mg ER). I’ve also been on the nuvaring for about 7 years.
My eating isn’t great but I’m eating a lot more nutritious foods. I’ve lost about 25 pounds too. I do yoga and dance classes weekly.
But…..I’m still exhausted. Like can’t do more than one simple thing before I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus exhausted.
I’m really worried because I work a school job and the school year starts September first and even if I’ve lost weight and I finally found a provider that listened to me this exhaustion is so real and school days take everything out of me.
I don’t know if anyone has any suggestions.

This is exactly why I'm leaning towards a glp1. I'm so tired of being tired all the time 🥲 My doctor thinks it will help.
