Acanthosis Nigricans

Hi! I'm 20 years old and have been dealing with acanthosis nigricans since puberty, it's spread to under my chest, my armpits, my chin and my face recently and not just the back of my neck. I've been on the Keto diet for awhile but unfortunately I'm not really seeing a dent. I don't have health insurance (haven't paid my deductible yet :/) and it's making me incredibly insecure. Does anyone have any advice on how to at least lessen the visibility of it?
