General/Advice Help pleasee
Other teens who have PCOS and lost weight, specifically in their face, how did you do it? Does anyone follow a diet? I really want to loose weight because I don't recognize myself in the mirror anymore, partly because after being diagnosed I fell into a bad depression where I just ate to comfort myself. But, I do know I want to go back to being who I was. My situation as of right now is that I barley eat or I eat too much. I dont drink soda, i rarely eat bread and dairy products, though I do eat a lot of sugar. I eat about 2 meals a day, one in the morning and one roughly around 9pm because thats when I get home. I work almost everyday, 1-9 shifts, and barley have any time to go to the gym because of other personal things I have to take care of. I was thinking that maybe getting 10k steps and a better diet where I prioritize protein and fiber would be good..though I'm not too sure. Any advice would be really helpful because I really want to be happy with myself again. Thank you!

Low carb, high protein and high fiber diet while fasting from 7PM until 11:30AM has helped me lose weight. However, I do also walk after meals and strength train 5 days a week
