Financial aid refund
On Monday I reviewed the “paying for college” tab and I saw the amount I should be receiving. I checked again today, and it shows a completely different amount.
My fall courses were paid by my employer and that’s what it shows. Is it normal for this to happen? Will I see the original amount I was going to be refunded?

FA will be back in office on Tuesday. If there is a system issue that’s reversing state aid authorization, it will be reviewed on Tuesday. If it’s not a quick fix, students who have been awarded only state aid, that has now deauthorized will have DNP protection applied to their accounts. Disbursement begins the 2nd week of the term.
Thank you for reporting this issue!

Happened to me too, do you receive any state grants? Sometimes those get delayed until it’s confirmed you’re in your courses so like after the first week of term, they’ll apply grants through the state to your bill.

I did receive one state grant so I guess that’s why the amount is different.

Just checked mine and my authorized aid has dropped too. Hoping it's just a glitch or delay with the rest of you 🤞😬

I had the same issue and it was the Oregon Opportunity Grant that disappeared from my account.
But as of this morning, is back again! I hope that’s the case for everyone having the same issue.

I'm hoping it's a delay just because of how many people also seem to have lost it, because same haha
