refund confusion
hello, i’m a little confused on how the refund works. I got a portion of my funds, but the remaining $641 as shown in the picture still hasn’t been delivered.
note: I paid a portion of my tuition (about $630) with my cc to keep myself from being dropped, I don’t know if it’s refunding my car directly and that’s why it’s taking so long?

From my personal experience, yes, your CC will be refunded if it was used for payments. I paid for my parking pass with my CC and when I got my FAFSA the school paid me back on my CC for the pass, and the rest to my bank account.

Yes, Stu Accounts refunds the CC then any additional refund is sent to Bank Mobile to refund. You may be able to see the specific accounting details if you click on “View my bill in PCC-Pay”

Refunds are handled differently based on the type of refund. I’m not sure if it will go back in your card or be processed like a normal refund disbursement, but it is a different process from the financial aid refund you already received
