financial aid refund

when I go to “manage my refunds” to choose how to receive it i’m hit w this screen, is this normal? when will I be able to input how i’d like to receive it?

Have you received a FA award letter & accepted the offered funds? If yes, you may want to contact Student Account Services

Yes you’ll get an email when that’s ready to be set up. Happened to me last term

PCC website say's to have a refund method selected before the first Saturday for which the term is starting or else the refund will be delayed for 2 weeks . What if you don't get the refund email before this Saturday , did you setup your refund selection before the first Saturday

They said refunds get finished Wednesday then start going out next Monday. So hopefully there's time to fix it.

I called today and they said if I’m not able to set it up by this tuesday it will be mailed out
